You should schedule fills every 2-3 weeks depending on your natural lash cycle.

Anything more than 21 days will be considered a full set.

You must have at least 40% of your extensions left to be considered a fill.
POLICIES.
PLEASE READ

If you are sick, have a fever, or showing any COVID-19 symptoms, please let me know ASAP and we can reschedule.

If you have traveled or have been exposed to COVID-19, please be responsible to reschedule, quarantine, and wait the 14 days until you have received negative results.

There will be ONE grace reschedule (less than 24 hours). LIFE happens... shit happens.

Every lash artist is different and everyone works at a different pace.
-
Most lash sets will look different even if it's the same set - Everyone's lashes are different and some have more lashes than others. The health and safety of your natural lashes are my number one priority.

AFTER CARE
-
Do not use a sauna, spa or get the lashes wet during the first 24 hours.

Do not use any oil-based products or makeup on or around the eyes.
-
Clean lashes 1-2 times a day with oil-free cleanser or lash shampoo, even if you do not wear make up! (Lash shampoo will be available for purchase).

Do not pick, pull, or rub your lashes.
-
Do not sleep on stomach or lay face down (your lashes will get squished!).
-
No mascara or use of eyelash curler.

Avoid direct heat or open flames near eyes.
-
Air dry lashes or dry with cool air with a spooly.
-
Do not over brush your lashes while wet. Dry properly first; over-brushing can cause premature fallout).
Please see a trained lash technician to have your extensions removed.
POLICY

Arrive with freshly cleaned/washed lashes. (No eye makeup - there will be a fee for lash bath if makeup needs removal)

If you are doing a foreign fill, please let me know ahead of time.

Dress comfortably. (You will be laying 1.5-3 hours.)

Don't bring extra guest or pets.

Masks are optional.
-
No caffeine/energy drinks/stimulants 4 hours prior to the appointment to avoid eye twitching.
-
Bring a blanket if you get cold. (Blankets will not be provided due to COVID-19 safety).

You can bring earphones if you want to listen to your own music :)

Try not to drink too much liquids before appointment. You will be laying with your eyes closed for a couple hours.

Text me when you arrive. (I may be able to take you earlier).

Park in the lower or upper garage in the guest spots (free parking).

At the call box, look for "Maysthetics", call it and I will buzz you in.
DEPOSITS/PAYMENT REFUNDS
-
$20 deposit must be sent within the first 24 hours after you've booked your appointment to secure your spot if you book directly with me.
-
If you book online, $20 deposit will be charged once your appointment has been accepted.

If the deposit is not received within that time frame, your appointment will be open for others to book.
-
Deposit will go towards your final payment.

NO Refunds are issued for any deposits or services. If there are any issues with your appointment, you must inform me within 72 hours. If you are having an allergic reaction to the adhesive, contact me immediately and i will remove your lashes for free or advise you to see a doctor.

5% charge on all card transactions.
LATE/NO SHOW POLICY
Please let me know 24 hours in advance if you cannot make it to your appointment or are running late. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it will result in an automatic cancellation and you will lose your deposit. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours of your appointment or miss your appointment, your deposit fee will be forfeited.
